The Richard Partridge Story: Founded in 1998, Richard Partridge Wines are a sincere reflection of the finest vineyards in the Napa Valley. With a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, each vineyard is selected for it’s unique personality and exceptional character. Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaking: The 2002 Vintage is composed of two vineyards-- Stanton and Sacrashe. The fun begins in spending time tasting thru the aging process to determine how these vineyards complement each other. Production: 1,000 Cases.
Winemaker Bob Egelhoff’s Tasting Notes: Dark red, garnet color. Very complex, with great structure and alluring aromas of layers of rich blackberry. On the palate, these flavors form smooth layers that linger on the finish. The glass is empty before you know it.
